I had a lovely stay at the hotel overall! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering great views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. However, the noise from the entertainment theater could be quite distracting at night. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. Although the location is great for families with young kids, it might not be ideal for those looking for total peace and quiet.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large, very clean, and provided a pretty view of the mountains, though the ocean view room was noisy at night.
Service
9.0
The staff was really helpful and friendly. They even entertained my child while my husband and I enjoyed our meal.
Location
8.0
The location is fantastic for families, especially with the great slides and shallow pools for kids, but it may not suit everyone due to the crowds.
Dining
9.0
Dining was a great experience with a diverse menu that changed daily, and the wait staff was exceptional.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were excellent, with well-maintained pools and fun areas for kids.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The views from my suite were simply breathtaking, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even better. Although the dining options could use some improvement, overall, I felt I got great value for my money, especially with such a stunning location right by the beach.

Rooms
10.0
I stayed in a suite on the 17th floor, and the views were just amazing. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the fluffy towels. It was great to have a mini fridge stocked with drinks and plenty of bottled water available.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They always made sure my drinks were topped up, and I had a great time with Payo who kept things lively. My maid Sari was sweet and very helpful too!
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and not far from downtown Santiago. It had a charming vibe that reminded me of a Greek Island with its beautiful white buildings.
Dining
6.0
While the dining options were decent, I found them to be a bit lacking overall. The omelets were definitely a highlight, but the breakfast variety could use some work.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities were nice, especially the pool area which was well-kept and enjoyable. However, I felt there was room for improvement to fully take advantage of the beautiful setting.

7.4/10

The hotel had some great highlights, like the spacious and clean rooms with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall. On the downside, the dining options felt repetitive after a couple of days, and the location for finding beach lounge chairs could be better due to the competition for limited seating. Still, it was a decent value for the price.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were lovely with marble floors that were spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed the view from the fifteenth floor, and the layout included a separate sitting room with useful amenities like a microwave and blender.
Service
8.0
The service was so pleasant. The staff was friendly, originally from Minnesota, and very accommodating, though I think the hotel might cater more towards families than couples.
Location
7.0
The location was okay for evening walks, but the frequent issue of finding beach lounge chairs made it less than ideal. It was a good base for exploring nearby attractions like Tosorro Manzinillo.
Dining
6.0
Dining was good at first, with some variety, but it became a bit tiresome due to limited daily themes and options.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, but the pool area sometimes felt crowded, which made it tough to enjoy.

I had a challenging experience at this hotel. While the location was beautiful and the service was friendly, the rooms were very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The dining options were limited, and the overall facilities didn’t meet my expectations for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not clean and had a moldy smell, with broken doors and dirty towels. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water during my stay.
Service
7.0
The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my time there a bit more enjoyable despite other issues.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located in a lovely area by La Audiencia Beach, which is really nice.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited and repetitive. I discovered the omelet bar, which improved things slightly, but overall it needs variety.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities didn’t impress me much, as everything felt outdated, and I was looking for something more modern.

7.8/10

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, mostly thanks to the spacious rooms with stunning views and the very friendly staff. The location is great with plenty of chairs and shade available on the beach, but I found the dining options a bit repetitive, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a good value for the money, especially considering the added amenities like a mini fridge stocked daily.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and I loved the huge living room that offered incredible views of the beach and bay.
Service
8.0
The staff was wonderful, actively engaging guests in daily activities, which really added to the overall experience.
Location
9.0
Located in the beautiful Las Hadas area of the Santiago Peninsula, the beach area was ample with lots of chairs and canopies for shade.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were a bit monotonous, especially breakfast, but the homemade pastries were a nice touch.
Facilities
7.0
The overall facilities were good, especially the pool area which was well-maintained, though there could be more variety in the dining options.
